PROGRAM

Whether it's
hot summer days or cold winter days, the Pen Centre's MallWalk
program offers the community at large a comfortable environment
to walk safely and help you stay fit and active. MallWalk membership
privileges includes a free pedometer with built-in FM Autoscan
radio, earplugs, step counter, clock function, calorie counter,
stride length and body weight adjustment, a log book to keep
track of your distance on the Pen Centre's mile-long concourse,
an invitation to our Annual MallWalk breakfast and periodic
mail-outs. You can join for free today by registering at Customer
Service at the Pen Centre. Below are the Pen Centre's rules
for participation in the MallWalk program. |

MallWalk Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Please Note:
The MallWalk program is not available on Sundays and holidays.
Access to the mall is restricted until 7:00 a.m.
All MallWalkers must be registered.
Registration forms are available at Customer Service in the
New Bay Court.
The Pen Centre recommends that walkers walk in pairs or groups.
The Pen Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
